Here at Cynthias Empire there are no items that are eligible for refunds,returns, or exchange. All weave caps/hats , oils, and conditioners are Final sales with being all of the caps are safe and hand sewed together ever singal one one by one by my tailor Ms.Niroshi. The caps were create with love and long gevity. Cynthias empire takes pride in what we do in any situation regarding only the weave caps (only) to be ( fixed) and (returned) to customer.

When returning the weave cap/hat to the customers it’s the seller who pays for shipping and handling and if the customers have to return the item back to the seller the customers pays for the shipping and handling cost

When it comes to losted or damage items it can be sent back to be fixed and then returned to customers. Losted items unfortunately it would be a lost for the customers and the seller but the customers will get a discount off of next purchase.

When it comes to the products on the website they are not subject to being handled on a back and forth bases. Weave caps/hats is an item that goes on your head over your own hair do to it being and item that covers the hair there are so many things that people do to they hair and while knowing you have to put this cap on your head.

It’s hair with the exceptions of requirements do to sweat, cleanest of the persons hair and just the awareness of health conditions.

The weight of the weave caps/hat’s are not really heavy the hair is not heavy . The caps are laid with the same amount of hair being used with the same measurements.

☺️ By purchasing one and it was a mess went outside and was trying to figure out why everyone was looking at me got home and that thing was all over my head so I examined it said people can really benefit from this so I decided to put my own sugar on it and here I am by the grace of God. It was tough in the beginning trying to get help for someone to see my vision not to much understand it but I got my hat thrown all in my face and laughed at but it’s OK I’m here now and I’m gonna do what I was set out to do and that is to give the world a unique peace that can change your life. I ve been doing hair professionally over 20 years and I enjoy want I do and to be able to do this and finally find someone who sees my vision and understand it.
