Product and orders
Products sold on the website are weave caps/hats, t shirts some with weave cap print some with logo print. I also have an oil mix and a conditioning treatment that is so amazing for your hair and products on the way. Your order is an offer to purchase. We serve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason including errors in pricing or availability. If we cancel an order we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has been processed.
Product description
The product is a weave cap/hat and they come in different colors, shapes, sizes for women, men and children of all ages. The caps/hats come with human or synthetic hair on it. The caps are not hard to maintain at all they are adjustable and some one size fit all. All of the caps are different you have printed ones, plain ones, Nikey and more. There is a satin piece of fabric that goes around the rim of the hat for extra protection for sweat, comfort, and the healthy Ness of your hair. The hair has been washed and pre-washed. All human hair is safe for heat not synthetic all human hair can be washed with a mild shampoo some of the synthetic can be as well I recommended regular braids with no lose ends and the hard dreads gentle wash beyond that use a dry shampoo.
Cynthias Empire strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. How ever, we do not guarantee that colors, textures, or appearances will be exactly as shown due to differences in screen displays and manufacturing variations.
Being available to serve the word this piece can be a hit or a miss do to the fact that there will be some that my not wear things like this or it my not be just for them. Their are no more then one of what you see on the site I do have customized making available to your liking. The caps that are posted on the site are ready to go once orded the job is to get the product to you in a timely manner.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quality of any product at anytime without prior notices you will be notified though advertisement or email.
All prices are listed upon purchasing . Products are subject to change without notice prices do not include shipping fees, or customs duties (but if it’s on Cynthias Empire fees on us).

Processing and shipping
Orders are processed within 5-14 business days shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.
Customs are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
Lost and stolen packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by carrier we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If so both customers and seller will unfortunately take a lost but will receive a discount next purchase.
There will be no return, no refund or exchange on these Products this is the final sale for these items upon notice. These products are products that can be tapped with or any subject to being used cleanest is important. Any product being sent back it will only be the weave caps/hats to be fixed and sent back to customers. Upon item being serviced under Cynthias Empire fees are on us. Items and products that has been used and worn no returns , no refund, and no exchange.
