Shipping options include Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Overnight Shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Shipping Time is 1-4 business days depending on location
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
1.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $99.95 (before taxes and discounts).

2.2 Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional fees may apply for redelivery.
2.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
Pet Care Grooming Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
We recommend providing a secure delivery location or opting for signature confirmation at checkout.
- Address Accuracy
Ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
Pet Care Grooming Supplies is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.
Certain products may be unavailable for shipping to specific countries due to local regulations.
- Order Modifications and Cancellations
Changes to the shipping address or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the damaged package and products when contacting our customer support team at support@petcaregroomingsupplies.com.
Replacement items or refunds will be processed after verification.

Once you place your order, a super friendly sales rep will shoot you an email to let you know when your goodies are ready for pick-up.
Pick-up is available weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 8 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding major holidays – gotta give our team some tail-wags too!).
Weekends are for cuddles with your pup, so pick-up is unavailable then.
