TRT/BIO IDENTICAL HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY for Men and Women

is the delivery of hormone replacement via pellet placed under the subcutaneous, near the hip or on the buttocks. Pellets are compounded estradiol or testosterone that are made from organic plant materials.
During the in-office visit, new patient pre-pellet panel blood draw will be collected and with consultation.

Patients are taken into the exam room where the insertion site is cleaned and numbed. The most common site of insertion is the upper buttock. Once numb, a small incision is made for the pellets to be inserted. After the pellets are placed, the insertion site is covered with a small bandage. The total procedure takes less than 15 minutes.

  • A post-pellet blood draw will be collected again after 4-6 weeks of insertion.
  • The pellets release small amounts of hormones directly into the bloodstream similar to that which the ovaries and testes produced during our younger adult years.
  • Provide a sustained release of what you need over several months: 3-4 months for women and 5-6 months for men.

We also offer testosterone injections for men with HCG

(which can make androgen receptors more responsive, without risking infertility or hypogonadism)
