📅 Appointments & Booking

What do I need to make an appointment?

A valid credit card, debit card, or bank information is required to reserve your appointment.

Do you require a booking fee?

Yes. A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to schedule any appointment—no exceptions. This fee is applied to your final total. Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

Appointments are highly recommended. You can request one through our website or by calling us directly.

What if I don’t have a credit card—can I still book?

Yes, you may prepay in person using cash or another approved method. Contact us to arrange.

 Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the booking fee.
Appointments with multiple services, group bookings, or spa parties require at least 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.

What happens if I don’t show up for my appointment?

No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in loss of your booking fee and require full prepayment for future bookings.

What if I arrive late?

Late arrivals may shorten your service time to stay on schedule. Full service charges still apply.

🎁 Gift Cards

Do you sell gift cards?

Gift Card Policy:

  • Must be presented at time of booking
  • Must be used within one year of purchase
  • Not redeemable for cash, credit, or transferable to another person
  • Tranquil Touch Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards
  • Gift cards are not valid after expiration

Do you offer refreshments?

Yes! We offer complimentary tea, water or wine, and a snack with every service.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable clothing. For massages, you’ll be professionally draped at all times. For sports or stretch sessions, athletic shorts may be appropriate.

How should I undress for a massage?

Undress to your comfort level. You will be properly draped during the entire service.

Do you service clients with health conditions or pregnancy?

Yes, but please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or if you’re pregnant. For high-risk pregnancies, a physician’s note is required.

Do you have treatments for sensitive skin?

Yes! We use gentle, skin-safe products and customize services to fit your skin type and concerns. Discuss any conditions with your therapist beforehand.

💑 Couples, Teens & Special Groups

Do you offer couples massages?

Absolutely! We offer couples treatments that can be customized to your preferences.

Do you offer services for kids or teens?

Yes, we provide limited services for teens accompanied by parent or guardian. You must be 16+ years of age to enter spa.

Do you offer spa parties or group events?

Yes! We offer tailored packages for groups and parties. Contact us directly to book.

📵 Spa Etiquette & Policies

Can I bring my child or a guest to my appointment?

To ensure a calm environment, children, babies, and guests are not permitted unless receiving a service. Only the client receiving the treatment is allowed in the room.

What is your spa etiquette policy?

  • Please silence phones
  • Speak quietly
  • No outside food or beverages
  • No photography or videography during services without all parties consent
  • Inappropriate behavior may result in refusal or termination of service
  • No refunds on products or services
  • Prices subject to change without notice

🚗 Parking Information

Is parking available?

Yes!

  • Free street parking is available
  • A pay-to-park lot is located next door

Want to park in the lot for free?

Send the following info before 9:00 AM on the day of your appointment:

  • Full name
  • Email and phone number
  • Vehicle year, make, model
  • License plate number

🕒 Check-In, Hours & Gratuity

When should I arrive?

Arrive 15 minutes early to check in, fill out paperwork, unwind, and prepare for your treatment.

What are your hours of operation?

  • Monday & Tuesday: Closed
  • Wednesday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Do you automatically include gratuity?

No. Gratuity is not automatically added and is left to your discretion.
