We will guide you through the entire process. From identifying units, oversee any renovations required to ensure unit will pass program inspection. We will submit for your approval a candidate that meets your demographic requirements. We handle the pre-clearance paperwork through the NYS Mayor’s Office and can expedite and or troubleshoot any situation that may arise.

CityFHEPS A rental assistant supplement to help individuals and families find and keep housing. CityFHEPS is administered by the Department of Social Services (DSS), which includes both the Department of Homeless Services (DHS) and the Human Resources Administration (HRA).

Section 8 Created by the Housing and Community Development Act of 1978, the “Housing Choice Voucher” program, also known as Section 8, provides assistance to eligible low- and moderate- income families to rent housing in the private market. Eligibility for this program is based on a family’s gross annual income and family size.

Renovations and Construction

• We evaluate all of your vacant and or warehoused units to identify
  any units that will not pass Program inspection. We plan
  cost-effective renovations and oversee the construction for these
  units, making them eligible to pass program inspection.

  Caseworkers to fill your vacant units with quality voucher holders
  that meet your requirements and standards. We hand pick each candidate to suit or clients demographics.
• The top demographics of candidates we place are Retired Seniors, Candidates with Disabilities, Low Income Families, Homeless, Working Candidates, and Other Groups.
